Exciting News! Starting in January 2026 my FREE support group for expectant and new moms will be meeting at the Mothers Milk Bank in Austin first Wednesday of the month (5925 Dillard Circle Austin, TX 78752)
New Mama Happy Hour was started back in 2016 to offer a safe space for new moms to share, listen, validate, and support each other through the journey of early parenting. When Covid hit, we moved our meetings to Zoom to keep the support going! Now we do both– first Wednesdays are in person, the rest of the month we meet on Zoom to make it accessible to all. It’s a sacred space to be heard and not judged, learn and grow and have fun. (That’s the happy hour part!)
